My vote is for Thomas because as he is preparing to leave and move onto other things he continues to strive for excellence and perform with a work ethic that shows he is a caring employee. He has worked hard since I have been here especially in regards to me by pulling me aside and teaching me tricks and giving me tips that work for him. I think he is the employee of the month.

My nomination is for Thomas to be employee of the month because he is a dedicated individual to the clients we serve. Thomas is a strong asset to the residential program and passionate about the work he currently does as well as what he intends to do in the future. I believe that Thomas has a bright and successful future ahead of him as a professional.

As far as staff of the month I would say Thomas! He really likes what he does and has a passion for working with the youth and making sure they excel into independent clients. He has done a great job here as a DCW and ILS. He will truly be missed.
