Kevin is inspiring me to be a better DCW. He is HUGE!

My vote is for Kevin for taking responsibility for groups.

I would like to pick Kevin for employee of the month. I think that he brings a lot of positive energy to the team.

Since Kevin has started as a DCW for Gateway, he has been a positive asset to the team and clients. Kevin is always open for constructive criticism and wants to ensure that his team has confidence in him. Kevin is a great team player and has taken on many roles - Group Leader, active part in the SOP, and a great Direct Care Worker!
