Why I decided to go into social work:
My life experiences made me believe I can help youth overcome adversity within society in order to obtain their life goals.
The most rewarding thing about working at Gateway:
The most rewarding thing working at Gateway would be observing the youth mature and work towards improving their situation and obtaining their goals. I have also met some incredible individuals that I will continue to keep a positive professional relationship with.
