The most rewarding thing about working at Gateway:
Getting to know the youths and helping them succeed towards independence. Having the chance to see their faces when they are successful or achieve something they didnt expect too. Why I decided to go into social work:
I wanted to make a change in the lives of children/youths and be an avenue of support for children/youth that dont really have anyone else to look turn to for help/support.
